Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
We do not offer returns on any products.
Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or size issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Manufacturing Defect / Size Issue
Any manufacturing defect or size-related concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange will be processed only after verification and if the requested size or product is available in stock.
For approved returns/exchanges the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If an order cannot be dispatched due to unavailability of size or style, the order will be cancelled automatically.
A full refund will be initiated for such orders.
Refund Timeline
Refunds for cancelled (non-dispatched) orders will be processed within 10–12 business days after cancellation.
Important Notes
Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
Items failing quality checks will be sent back to the customer.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
